This October half term, join us for Studland’s Wicked Wildlife Trail. An adventure through beach, dunes, and woodland where nocturnal creatures leave clues behind for brave explorers to uncover. With 10 different activity stations to complete, you’ll track the secrets of which animals come out at night through games, puzzles, and hands-on fun. Costumes are welcome, curiosity is essential, and every twist in the trail promises a wild surprise. Perfect for families, nature lovers, and Halloween adventurers of all ages. The basics

Everyone welcome.

Meeting point

Knoll Beach Office (at the bottom of the driveway), Ferry Rd, Studland, BH193AQ.

What to bring and wear

Clothing and footwear suitable for being outdoors in the weather. Some areas can be very muddy.

Accessibility

Mixed and uneven terrain throughout. Designated accessible parking. Accessible toilets at Knoll Beach, Middle Beach and Shell Bay. Changing places at Knoll beach.

Other

The suggested time to do the trail is roughly one hour. You can take as long as you need. If you have little ones and don't want to walk too far, you can pick and choose which activities you do.
