The basics

Mixed and uneven terrain throughout. Designated accessible parking. Accessible toilets at Knoll Beach, Middle Beach and Shell Bay. Changing places at Knoll beach.

Clothing and footwear suitable for being outdoors in the weather. Some areas can be very muddy.

The suggested time to do the trail is roughly one hour. You can take as long as you need. If you have little ones and don't want to walk too far, you can pick and choose which activities you do.
