We will use a variety of techniques to bring our bodies in to a parasympathetic “rest and digest “state, which will build up your baseline for managing stress, as well as increasing your emotion resilience; supporting your overall health and wellbeing

Bring your own mat/something to lie on, blanket, socks and a drink.

Accessibility

Grounds - partly accessible, some hard standing paths near cafe, wider Forest paths are grass and can be very muddy in winter. Mobility parking - in Shell House car park.

Guided Bird Walk 

Join the Hatfield Forest ranger team for a 2 mile guided bird walk through the rich habitats of the forest. On the walk, you will get to recognise some of the forest's birds and understand more how the forest is managed to promote biodiversity.
