Join Hannah from Rainbow Relaxation in the Forest setting for a workshop based around yoga and mindfulness in nature.

Based around yoga and mindfulness in nature- we do yoga games, stories and flows, mindful breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation, as well as mindful crafts. Our crafts would be nature based for our sessions at the forest, such as weaving with petals and leaves, making twig creatures/wands, nature mandalas, painting with twig brushes, bark rubbing etc., the list is endless.

This workshop is aimed at the 5-11 age group.
- Meeting point
Meet at the Lake Area by the Hub.
- What to bring and wear
Parents and children to wear sensible clothing and footwear, including waterproofs and/or sun cream and sunhats to suit the weather conditions. Please bring a drink and pack lunch ( nut free please).
- Accessibility
Grounds - partly accessible, some hard standing paths near cafe, wider Forest paths are grass and can be very muddy in winter. Mobility parking - in Shell House car park.
- Other
Children may wish to have a change of clothes as the sensory/craft section is liable to get messy with paint, water, glue, mud etc! Parents will be asked about any dietary and medial requirement when dropping off their child. This workshop is designed for parents to drop their children off and collect at the end of the session. Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop is due to start.
