Music at the Mote: Jazz Dynamos
Set against the picturesque backdrop of Ightham Mote's medieval manor houses, Music at The Mote promises an unforgettable night of entertainment under the stars.
- Booking essential
Making their debut at Ightham Mote are Jazz Dynamos, featuring Lucy Randell on vocals, taking well-known songs from the 70s and 80s and transforming them, as you have never heard before, with a mix of jazz, bossa, and samba.
Their unique set of entertaining, and original arrangements includes hits by Dolly Parton, Madonna, E.L.O, The Police, A-ha, Tears For Fears, Wham, David Bowie, Elton John, and many more. They have performed sold-out shows at the legendary Ronnie Scott’s, at festivals across the UK and Europe, and at private events for British and Hollywood royalty.
Bring your own chair and blanket, relax on the lawn, and soak up the sounds as the sun sets over the historic surroundings of Ightham Mote.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink and the refreshment kiosk will be open until 9pm, serving a selection of hot and cold drinks (including wine, beer and prosecco), ice cream, cakes and snacks. The shop will also be open until 9pm selling local artisan food and drinks and mementos of Ightham Mote.
This event is recommended for adults. If children are attending they will need to have their own standard tickets.
Assistance dogs only.
As the concert finishes after sunset and lighting around the grounds is limited, we recommend bringing a torch to guide your way back to the car park safely.
