Kingston Chess Club are pitching up at Ham House and Garden.
Pit your wits against some of Kingston’s finest in this historic strategy game. Bathe in the beautiful 17th-century ambience as you learn the ultimate intellectual sport which has transfixed minds for centuries: can you slay the giant, garden-size king?
Visitors of all ages can enjoy standard and giant sized chess on the lawns behind Ham House and Garden.
