Join The Lord Chamberlain’s Men this summer for an open-air production of 'Othello', performed with an all male cast and Elizabethan costumes, music and dance, as Shakespeare himself would have seen it.
Jude's ice cream will also be available for purchase from a cart on the night!
Gates open: 6pm Performance starts: 7pm
Performance running time: approximately 2 hours and 5 minutes including a 15 minute interval.
Adult £20 | Child (under 16) £12.50 booking fees apply

Front gates open from 6pm. Please present your ticket at Visitor Reception on arrival. The outdoor performance starts at 7pm and will take place on the grass Plats.
- What to bring and wear
Please bring your own low-backed seating. The show will go on no matter the weather so please dress accordingly for sitting outdoors in the evening.
- Accessibility
There is a step-free route from Visitor Reception to the stage area (on the Plats, south of the house) along a gravel path. Limited blue badge parking available on site. To reserve a space or to inform us prior to the day of the event of any access needs you may have, please email hamhouse@nationaltrust.org.uk. Assistance dogs only allowed at this performance.
