Young Makers Market 2026: Sat 13 June, 10am-4pm

Our Young Maker's Market returns this June, celebrating the creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of our young local community.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event

For visitors to the park come and explore this one-off market, which will feature a range of stalls run by young people. Local makers, young business owners, entrepreneurs, artists and creatives will be here to showcase their talents and skills. Come along in support of our local young creative talent and find a beautifully crafted item to take home with you!

For stall holders, it offers a fantastic opportunity for young business owners, artists, and creatives under 30 years to showcase and sell their work - completely free of charge.

Previous stallholders have showcased a vibrant mix of talents - from intricate crochet and striking graphic artwork to traditional blacksmithing and inventive board game design. We can’t wait to see what this year brings!

If you are a young person (aged 16-30) and would like the opportunity to sell your products or promote your business, we'd love to hear from you. The sale of food or drink is not permitted, and all handmade toys must be CE marked.

Applications will close at midday on Friday 1st May 2026 or once capacity is reached. Unfortunately, we have limited stallholder spaces and will be considering applications on a first-come, first-served basis – so early applications are encouraged!
