Visit Grantham House over this weekend to explore a stunning new World War 2 exhibition.
A South Kesteven District Council project, made possible by Lottery players, the Soldiers from the Sky exhibition invites visitors to discover how local allied forces prepared for D-Day and Operation Market Garden. Learn how British, American and Polish troops prepared and how South Kesteven became a mock battle zone, with fascinating videos capturing memories.
The exhibition will be held on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 November from 10am to 3pm. Admission is free but please note that it will be located on the first floor which is only accessible by stairs.
The Grantham House tearoom will be open throughout the weekend, serving delicious hot and cold food and drinks.
