Led by acclaimed local artist Vanessa Stone, this workshop will be inspired by the leaves, flowers and fabulous nature in Grantham House's beautiful gardens.

Be absorbed in nature in this wonderful drawing workshop at Grantham House gardens. Led by acclaimed local artist Vanessa Stone, you will be using a mixture of watercolour paints and pencils to capture natural forms and shapes in the garden.

The workshop will be based right in the heart of the garden, with additional studio time upstairs to draw more specimens in detail.

All materials, including a sketchbook, will be provided, as well as a warming drink of tea, americano or hot chocolate.

Please wear weather-appropriate clothing as some of the workshop will take place outdoors.

Accessibility

As some of this workshop will be taking place in the upstairs Wyldebore Room, which is only accessible by stairs, this workshop is sadly not suitable for wheelchair users or those with significant mobility issues.
