Here at Nuffield Place in Oxfordshire, we have over 100 volunteers, each one a vital part of our team. We usually have a small number of opportunities available throughout the year for friendly and approachable individuals with an interest in the work of the National Trust to volunteer at this special place and ensure our visitors have a great day out.

How you can volunteer at Nuffield Place

Our volunteers at Nuffield Place work alongside the staff teams to help us look after the historic house, its contents and the garden. Whether you have a few hours a week or a couple of days a month to spare, there are many ways you can contribute at this historic place once owned by Lord Nuffield, founder of the Morris Motor Company.

  • Welcoming visitors at reception
  • Assisting in the shop
  • Bringing history to life in the house

We are not currently recruiting for any more garden volunteers.
