Join us for an immersive, two-part workshop split across two consecutive Saturdays. When you book, your ticket secures your place for both days of this creative journey. You will learn the art of natural black dyeing, tour textiles, and create your own design.
Part 1: Blackwork Natural Dyeing Workshop and Embroidery Tour • Date: Saturday 21 November • Time: 10am to 1pm • Location: The East Stables and The Hall • What to expect: Black dyeing workshop in the East Stables followed by a tour of the Blackwork Embroidery in the Hall and time to design your own pattern.
Part 2: Blackwork Embroidery Workshop • Date: Saturday 28 November • Time: 10am to 1pm • Location: The Park Centre • What to expect: Learn more about blackwork embroidery to bring your creation to life.

This event takes place at The East Stables where there is accessible toilets and a Changing Places toilet. In the Park Centre there is a small step to access the workshop room. An accessible toilet is available at the Park Centre.
- Meeting point
On first day meet at the Visitor Welcome Building near main car park. Second day meet at the Park Centre. Use What 3 Words: post.water.dustbin to direct you.
- What to bring and wear
For the dye workshop, please come dressed in clothes you don’t mind getting messy or stained. Please bring snacks, water bottle, suitable footwear and coat.
