Meet Motte & Bailey, our time‑travelling duo, as they journey into the past to uncover the secrets of the siege of Dunster Castle. This Easter, families are invited to join them on an exciting investigative adventure through the gardens.
Follow the trail, crack the clues and take part in hands‑on activities as you learn all about this dramatic moment in Dunster’s history. Along the way, you’ll help Motte & Bailey piece together what really happened during the siege.
Complete the trail to claim your well‑earned chocolate egg at the end – the perfect Easter reward!
This event runs daily from Saturday 28th March until Sunday 19th April.
£3.50 per trail per person (includes chocolate egg).
You can choose between a standard chocolate egg or a vegan and Free From alternative. All eggs are made using Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa 🌱 Find out more: https://www.rainforest-alliance.org/.
