Join us for a short introductory talk that offers an overview of Rudyard Kipling’s life, family, and work before you step inside the house.
If you’re new to Bateman’s or Kipling this is a great way to gain a quick understanding of who Kipling was, why he became such an influential literary figure, what he wrote, and why Bateman’s held such a special place in his heart.
If you are already familiar with Kipling, this introductory talk will help set the house visit into context before you enter.
