Bateman’s is a writer’s home and as such we love all things to do with books and reading. During your visit why not come and browse our extended selection of books for sale – there’s something for everyone!
The Scullery Bookshop will be open as usual with its range of modern and vintage fiction, children’s books and Kipling plus outside there will be even more fiction, non-fiction and children’s books.
All the money raised from book sales helps to look after the house, collection, garden and estate at Bateman’s – for everyone, for ever.
