Amy Kitcher from the CWGC will tell us how the Commission began, its work during the First and Second World Wars and will conclude with its work today in maintaining and preserving our historic estate around the World. The presentation will also focus on the war graves in your local area and tell the stories of some of those we commemorate. (You can learn more about the CWGC on their website: https://www.cwgc.org/)

The talk will be in the Old Works Library - now our second hand bookshop. This white building is on the left as you enter our Aberdulais site (Neath, SA10 8EU) via the iron gates
- What to bring and wear
It is a free to enter site. There is an option for a self-serve coffee or tea (donations welcomed). You may wish to bring snacks if you want to enjoy the site after the talk.
- Accessibility
The book-shop has a ramp to provide access for wheel chairs and the whole site is small with a flat, even path.
