Drop in and join our wonderful Sewing Volunteers for a relaxing crochet workshop where you'll make your very own Worry Worm. A colourful little companion to pop in your pocket or bag. With their cheerful faces and wiggly shapes, worry worms are designed to keep hands busy and provide a comforting focus whenever you need a quiet moment.
As you learn some simple crochet techniques, you'll create a worm that's completely unique. Will you call yours Wynn, Winnie, or perhaps Wiggle? The choice is yours!
Part of our Birding with Branwen and Summer of Play programme, this gentle, drop-in activity is perfect for anyone who enjoys making, crafting and taking a little time to pause. Worry worms have become popular with children and adults alike as a simple way to encourage mindfulness and provide a reassuring object to hold when life feels a overwhelming.
