Potato Print a Summer Tea Towel

Get creative with artist Lucy Donald and discover the fun of potato printing as you design your own colourful tea towel to take home.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Roll up your sleeves and discover the simple joy of potato printing at Dinefwr this summer.

Join artist Lucy Donald for a relaxed, family-friendly workshop where you'll transform an everyday potato into a printing block, creating colourful patterns inspired by the birds, nature and landscapes of the estate. Layer shapes, experiment with colours and design a unique tea towel to take home as a special reminder of your summer adventures.

Whether you're making bold patterns, feathered designs or something completely your own, this hands-on activity is suitable for all ages and abilities. No experience is needed—just bring your imagination and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating something together.

Part of our Birding with Branwen and Summer of Play programme, this drop-in workshop celebrates creativity, nature and the joy of making by hand.

Drop-in activity. No booking required. Free workshop. Normal admission applies.
