Join 'Our Wild edges' for a mindful walk where the goal is to nourish our minds and bodies. These are not hikes! The pace will be slow to allow us time to fully engage with the woodlands.
Activities may include: Forest Bathing practices to encourage deeper nature connection, foraging and plant medicine, storytelling, simple games, nature journaling and more.
