Fred has 35 years of foraging experience. He has featured on ITV's Countrywise, For the Love of Britain presented by Dame Julie Walters, and on Radio 2's Jeremy Vine. He is a regular contributor on BBC local radio and is the author of 'Poisonous Plants in Great Britain'.
