Roots and Rocks: Summer Solstice Yoga

Join Roots and Rocks for a morning yoga practice in the woodland.

  • Booking essential

Immerse in the elements and expand your senses with a morning practice surrounded by nature, while the day is still quiet, and the light is soft. You’ll tune into the special quality of the morning when your prana, the vital energy which flows through both you and the surrounding elements, is at its most powerful and your body at its most receptive.

This will be a grounding and cooling practice, guided by your own breath rhythm, in which you’ll steadily build a sense of vitality, peace and ease in your whole body and mind.

Suitable for beginners and experienced yogi’s. Individual needs can be accommodated, and you’ll stay within a comfortable range of movement.

Mats will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Book your preferred sauna time to enjoy the synergy between these beautiful practices.
