As part of our Summer of Play, join Barnsley FC Community Trust on the Play Field for an informal drop-in session. Take part in mini games, competitions and have a whole lot of fun. Suitable for all ages.
Barnsley FC Community Trust is a registered charity delivering community and charitable activities on behalf of Barnsley Football Club. They use the power of football and Barnsley Football Club to engage and improve the lives of local people.

Meet on the play field, use your Summer of Play map to locate Active Play.

Suitable shoes to kick a ball!
- Accessibility
The play field is a sloped grass field accessed via a bark chip path. There is a second entrance to the field via a grass track leading down from the Fernery at the back of Stainborough Castle. For more information please visit the Accessibility page of our website.
