Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt weekend at Wightwick
Can you help Harelock Holmes the Detective Bunny solve the clues to find the chocolate prize?
The Hunt is on!
Find out what Detective Harelock's naughty nemesis, Choco-larty, has done with the Mander family's Golden egg. Stolen under the cover of darkness, Choco-larty has hidden it somewhere in the grounds.
Find the purple bunnies around the gardens and they will give you the clues you need to solve the mystery and claim your reward.
Deerstalker, magnifying glass...what else?
The trail will be outdoors, whatever the weather, so dress accordingly. Wellies are always a good idea as you'll be on grass, so bring the cross-country pushchair as well. It costs £2.50 for everyone who wants a chocolatey prize at the end. Non-members also need to pay the garden & gallery admission (or a full site ticket if you want to see the manor as well).
We always run out of parking at Easter so please car share if you can, or walk to reception if you live close by.
The trail runs on Friday 30 March to Monday 2 April from 10:30am and you must have started by 4pm.
Visit us again this half term
There's lots of exploring to do throughout half term. You can have a go at our orienteering course, hire a bug hunting or bird watching kit or go den building.
On Thursday 12 April, 11:30am - 3pm, we will be doing a Family Crafts session with a Spring theme. Have a go at creating a bunny mask, paper chick or William Morris-patterned egg mobile. £1.50 per participant, normal admission costs apply.
