An exciting new Tree Adventure has opened up here at Winkworth. Complete with a climbing wall, fireman's pole, rope tunnel and ladders, it's the perfect way for children to let off some steam.

Pumpkin carving

Halloween is here and it's the perfect time to create a spook-tacular decoration for your doorstep. Bring your pumpkin along and we'll help you carve out a creepy face.

To fuel you up for your Winkworth wander, stop off at the Arbor tea-room near the kiosk for hot lunches, homemade cakes, tea and coffee lunch. We'll also have hot drinks and bakes available to buy from our tuk-tuk near the play area, which is cash only.

Toilets are available nearby, including baby-changing facilities and a disabled toilet, and there is a variety of pathways through the Arboretum with differing levels of accessibility.

You're welcome to bring your dog, as long as you keep them on a lead; and groups are welcome - though it's advisable to call in advance during spring and autumn.
