Time for a treat
Whether you’re looking for a relaxing lunch with friends, a sweet treat with family, or a rewarding breakfast after a long walk, there’s always something to tempt you at Belton.
Introducing the Pavilion Café
For one year only we invite you to enjoy a garden party style tea room with a view. The Pavilion Café, inspired by Belton’s extravagant Victorian garden parties, is located on the front lawn with breath-taking views of the designed parkland landscape.
Safe in the knowledge that your purchase will contribute to the conservation work at Belton, you can relax, treat yourself to something tasty and enjoy the very view you’re helping to protect.
With floor to ceiling picture windows, you can experience the changing seasons from the comfort of your seat. Imagine cream teas on the lawn in the glorious summer, marvelling at the autumn colours of the park over a warming hot chocolate or enjoying a hearty venison hot pot surrounded by Christmas lights.
The Pavilion Café will open on Saturday 24th March serving a range of delicious hand-made meals and snacks, using locally sourced ingredients.
Served from 9.30am - 11.30am, offers bacon and sausage baps, sausage rolls, and hot or cold drinks to get your day off to a great start.
Served from 11.30am - 2pm, choose from a range of freshly prepared hot seasonal dishes and light bites.
From 2pm re-fuel after your adventures and tuck into cream teas, cakes, soup and sandwiches.
Ride Play Café
Families are fully catered for in the Ride Play Café with special menus, indoor adventure play, highchairs, a handy microwave to warm baby food, free Wi-Fi and baby changing facilities, to make it easy for you to enjoy a light lunch together.

Muddy Hands Outdoor Café
Located in the outdoor adventure playground, Muddy Hand’s is open daily, all year round. Choose from a selection of light snacks, ice creams and hot and cold drinks while the children let off some steam in Lincolnshire’s largest playground.
Our Catering Manager and Head Chef co-write seasonal menus, and a specials board hosts a range of creative dishes. Head Chef, Paul, works closely with the Garden team to get the best seasonal ingredients to bring to his dishes. Belton’s herb garden provides a variety of herbs including chive, mint and fennel.
Some of our menu highlights this season include; carrot, orange and mixed spice soup, honeyed pork casserole and coconut and fruit flapjack. Children's menus are also available.
If you have a food intolerance or allergy, please ask a member of the team about suitable items on the menu.
Thanks for your support
Belton was originally designed for a very few people to enjoy, but now almost half a million people come to enjoy its special qualities every year. Belton’s rangers work hard to keep the unique experience that has been enjoyed for hundreds of years, but also ensure that the landscape doesn’t suffer.
Every cuppa or tasty treat you buy helps us continue looking after Belton House for everyone to enjoy, thank you.
