  • Normal admission applies or free to National Trust members
  • Currently we can only accept card payments
  • For everybody's safety please follow the signs including using the one way system, waiting to enter depending on the number of visitors in the shop, wearing a face covering and using the hand sanitiser as you enter

The great outdoors

The garden delights change over the year from plants to pots, ornaments, tools and a range of bird feeders to help wildlife thrive in your outdoor space. Harvested produce not used in the restaurant are available through the shop as are logs from the estate.

Find specially-designed scarves to clever foldable shoppers with prints inspired by places cared for by the charity. Add some scent with candles from the York Candle Company - one of several local suppliers.

There’s a tempting selection of honey and jams as well as chutneys and preserves with seasonal flavours. Pick up some delicious sweet or savoury biscuits, with gluten free options. There are plenty of bottles for a tasty beverage including locally made Sing Gin.
