A bite to eat
We serve a delicious range of hot lunches as well as soups, a variety of salads and home-made sandwiches. We use locally sourced ingredients, bake all of our scones and cakes on site and have gluten-free and vegetarian choices on the menu too.
Herb garden
Tucked away behind the café you'll find our secret herb garden, the perfect place if you're looking for some shade and a quiet conversation. Surrounded by the smells of mint, rosemary and thyme sit back and relax on our very own hand-crafted furniture, thanks to our wonderfully gifted carpentry volunteers.
Dogs welcome
We know our four-legged friends love being taken out for tea after a long walk which is why we have lots of outdoor seating in front of the café, with plenty of fresh water bowls for thirsty hounds. Dogs are not permitted inside the café.
Shopping
Our Box Hill shop sells a wonderful range of unique National Trust products, including jams, biscuits, chocolates and more. We have a lovely range of children's treats and pocket money toys. Our outdoor range has everything you'll need for your visit to Box Hill or pick up a book about the local area and surprise someone with a special gift.

Litter and recycling
Our countryside is precious and we all need to do our part in maintaing its beauty. Don't leave your litter behind, take it home with you or feel free to use our recycling bins next to the café.
