The Wedding Room
The beautifully panelled Saloon, adorned with elaborate 17th-century woodcarvings and highlighted giltwork is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies.
Historically used as a dining room and a parlour, the room has more recently featured in the BBC production of Pride and Prejudice. The Saloon has the capacity for 40 seated and a further 60 standing.
Our stunning Long Gallery is now licensed for wedding ceremonies for up to 20 people.
Photographs can be taken of the Bridal party outside the north front of the Hall, inside the Saloon and anywhere within the State Wing on the Ground Floor.
This also includes post ceremony photographs in the beautiful grounds with the whole wedding party. For an additional £100 you can take photographs of the bride and groom in the Long Gallery.
The cost of your wedding
The price for your civil ceremony in the Saloon is £850. There is an additional charge of £100 for photography of the bride and groom in the Long Gallery.
