Enjoy yoga at Fell Foot

Improve your wellbeing in nature and discover calm and contentment using mindful movement. Find the space in your day to find the space in your mind and the space in your body in the space at Fell Foot.

A gentle hatha yoga class and mindful awareness class set in the beautiful outdoors, using the natural environment to bring us into the present moment, which is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Bring a mat if you have one or flexible footwear or go barefoot! Wear any clothing suitable for the weather that allows movement.

Introduction to Outdoor Mindfulness 2.45-3.15pm  £3 drop in / £12 for 4 sessions
