Fell Foot's fitness classes

Drop into one of our very own classes with Fell Foot's fitness instructor Dan. These sessions are run with beginners in mind, and include Buggy Fit, Wellness Wednesday Workouts and a Beginners' Fitness Class. For those looking for something more challenging we also have an Intermediate Fitness Class. All sessions take place inside our state-of-the-art Active Base.

Yoga

Slow down and improve your flexibility with Yin Yang Yoga in the Active Base. It runs every Tuesday evening from 6pm-8.15pm and costs £8 for the first hour (where you are then able to leave if you wish or it’s £12 for the full session.) There’s no need to book, just arrive on the day. Mats are provided but bring your own if you have one, and please wear comfortable clothing which will allow you to stretch and bend.

Little Explorers

This series of guided, nature themed walks around the park is perfect for pre-school tots. They run every Wednesday, from 9.30am-10.30am and are free (parking charges apply to non National Trust members)

Parkrun

Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world which are open to everyone, whatever your fitness level. It’s held at Fell Foot every Saturday morning at 9am–10am.
