Portraits of British Trees

Portraits of British Trees by Buckmaster-French 

Janet French and Emma Buckmaster make etchings of British Trees and print them onto paper made from that tree's own leaves. They have made a willow print especially for Flatford. There will be a printmaking demonstration on the 29 May.

Flatford Music by the Mill 

Sunday 11th June at Valley Farm 14:30 - 16:30. The fantastic West Bergholt Concert Band will again be performing for us at Flatford.

The River Stour at Flatford

River ramble 

River Ramble: Wednesday 7th June 1pm – 5pm £16 in partnership with the Munnings Museum. Booking is essential. A guided walk starts at Flatford and meanders along the river Stour to Dedham taking in the views where both Munnings and John Constable painted. Then, on to The Munnings Art Museum for tea and cake and a look at the new exhibition 'Munnings and the River' and other displays. Please wear suitable shoes and clothing for field walking. 
