Summer theatre in 2022 at Hatchlands Park

Join Immersion Theatre and The Lord Chamberlain’s Men for a summer of theatre at Hatchlands Park. Enjoy a series of outdoor plays on the lawn in front of the mansion. With Shakespeare’s comedy As You Like It, an evening spent tangled up with Rapunzel or handbags galore with The Importnace of Being Earnest, you’ll find an event for all ages. The Lord Chamberlain’s Men invite you to join them this summer for the sparkling comedy, As You Like It. Enjoy a glorious summer’s evening watching one of Shakespeare’s best-loved comedies. Performed in the open air as Shakespeare first saw it, by an all-male cast with Elizabethan costumes, music and dance.

Immersion Theatre invite you to join them this summer for an evening of open-air decadence and hilarity as they proudly present Oscar Wilde’s wittiest comedy, The Importance of Being Earnest. Prepare your cucumber sandwiches and spend the evening enjoying one of literature’s most trivial comedies for serious people. There’ll be handbags at dawn.
