    Stay in one of the most iconic addresses in the UK, Arlington Row. Close the front door away from photo-snapping tourists to a special two-bedroom nest with stacks of historic character. On a row of cottages dating back to 1380, it started life as a wool store. You can still see the Rack Isle, where the wool was put to dry, from the garden.

    9 Arlington Row is set in Bibury, a typical Cotswolds village, populated by tea rooms, traditional pubs and surrounded by lush rolling countryside. Walk outside the cottage to a water meadow that meanders past the cottage and attracts an abundance of wildlife.  

    You’ll be in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with unspoilt villages, rolling countryside and special historic places at every turn. Drive 15 minutes down to the historic town of Cirencester or 20 minutes to Chedworth Roman Villa where you’ll receive free entry. 

    1 Arlington Row (sleeps six) is at the other end of the terrace and can be booked with Number 9 for a group of up to nine guests.
