Agent’s House is on the unique Brownsea Island, just three metres from the water’s edge. With three bedrooms, a dining room and separate sitting room, it's perfect for families and friends looking for an island getaway. The cottage’s private garden overlooks the island's lagoon, a sanctuary to a vast number of birds, while the front of the house has sea views.

After all the visitors go home, make the most of having your very own island. Wander through woodland, take a stroll to the beach, or discover Brownsea Island’s bird-filled lagoon. It's in these quieter times that you're most likely to spot the island's red squirrels, which are most active in spring and autumn, and deer.

Further afield, jump on a ferry and discover the delights of Sandbanks, one of the UK’s most exclusive addresses. The area has a wealth of fabulous cafes, bars and restaurants.

Custom House (sleeps two) is next to Agent's House and both cottages can be booked together. On the south side of the island is Brownsea Island CampsiteSt. Mark's Bothy (sleeps five) and South Shore Lodge (a bunkhouse sleeping 12).
