Dinas Emrys sits in a row of stone cottages on the 200-acre Craflwyn estate, the perfect place for a walking holiday. The cottages were once the hall’s stable block, and have been reimagined as cosy accommodation for rest and relaxation at the end of a day exploring. You’ll be surrounded by a landscape of rivers, lakes, wild heath and wooded valleys, steeped in myth and legend. Dinas Emrys's small, open-plan living space has everything you need for a simple and comfortable stay.

You can walk to Beddgelert village which has a pub and shop; it’s just a mile away. Another short walk leads to Dinas Emrys, the hill famous for the legendary battle between the red and white dragons. A path leads to Yr Wyddfa’s (Snowdon’s) summit from the next village, Nant Gwynant.

Dinas Emrys is next to six other National Trust cottages: Aran (sleeps 2), Sygun (sleeps 2), Yr Hen Swddfa (sleeps 4), Stabl Bach (sleeps 4), Llety Mawr (sleeps 6) and Bwthyn Mai (sleeps 3), all in the converted stables behind Craflwyn Hall (sleeps 16). Large groups of up to 39 can book multiple cottages and the hall.
