If you love books you'll enjoy a browse of the secondhand bookshop at Kedleston Hall on your next visit. There are books for all ages, as well as maps, sheet music, and vintage National Trust guidebooks.
The secondhand bookshop at Kedleston Hall is located in a room beside the Eastern Museum. Thanks to regular donations from our visitors and supporters, the bookshop holds a wide range of good quality secondhand books for all ages, and the shelves are restocked each week, so its always worth popping in to see whats new.
On a visit you'll discover a range of books:
- Childrens' books
- Sheet music
- Maps and atlases
- Vintage National Trust guides
- Arts and crafts
The bookshop is cared for by a friendly and enthusiastic team of volunteers who are always happy to receive book donations. We know books can be heavy so you can drop off book donations at the visitor reception by the main car park and we'll take them to the shop for you.
Every secondhand book purchased in the shop helps to care for Kedleston Hall and parkland. Its another way you can support the property and the charity, so thank you for your book donations and purchases.
