Eating at Lanhydrock

Cream tea at Trerice

Whatever the weather, you can enjoy snacks and welcoming hot drinks at our Park Cafe, tea-room and restaurant.

The Park Café

As it’s next to the visitor car park and cycle hire facilities, The Park Café is a handy refuelling place for visitors making the most of the cycle trails through the woodland. It's also a fabulous place to come for a chat over lunch or a frothy coffee and a slice of homemade cake.

Our speciality is homemade burgers and we make tasty vegetarian meals, like mixed bean chilli. You can also pick up special 'tag-on' kids lunch bags before you set off on the family-friendly cycle routes and children will love the adventure playground next to the cafe.

The Park Café opens daily from 9.30am-5pm.

Stables tea room

For a quick bite, our Stables tea-room is just the place, with sandwiches, local pasties, homemade cakes and drinks available daily, 10.30am-5pm. You can sit in or relax in the spring sunshine in the courtyard.

The Stables tea-room is in the tariff area.

Waitress service restaurant

In the old servants' hall, housekeeper's room and housemaids' room you can enjoy delicious hot home-made dishes for lunch from 12noon-2.30pm, and we have a special children's menu too.  We serve afternoon tea here from 2.30pm-5pm so you can try the famous Cornish cream tea.

Happy kids

We have special colouring sets and quizzes to keep children entertained, so you're able to have a relaxing meal.

Dog friendly

Walking your dog around the estate can be thirsty work. Stop off for a refreshing snack or drink at the Stables tea-room and you can sit outside with your pet. You'll find drinking bowls, a shaded area and dog biscuits (for a donation) to keep you pet happy here.

Eat green

Our ingredients are sourced from local suppliers, so they're fresh and seasonal for your plate, and better for the environment as this cuts down on food miles. We also compost our food waste.
