I haven't bought tickets for the talks; can I still visit Mount Stewart Conversations Festival?
Yes!! Everybody is welcome to join in the Conversation! We have activities throughout the day for visitors who don’t have tickets to the talks (Normal Admission, Members Free) which include some weird and wonderful festival fun from a Flea Circus to a Rap Production Workshop. The House and Gardens will be open to the public as well as our walking trails so there is something for everyone. I can't print my ticket, help!
If possible, please bring your ticket/s with you on the day but, if you can’t print them out, you should be able to access them via Get Invited on your mobile phone. If you can’t do either we will have a list of tickets purchased at the venue so don’t panic!
Will there be tickets available on the day if I decide I'd like to go to a talk?
Yes. Any tickets still available for the talks each day will be available to purchase at the Box Office which will be located at the front of the House. Please note there is no cash machine at Mount Stewart, only our Tea Room and Gift Shop will be able to accept cards, so make sure you come prepared.
I have a ticket for the BBC talks, what information do I need?
BBC Ticket holders will be sent talk information and confirmation by the BBC directly. Please note BBC Tickets allow access to the property and allocated BBC Talks only. What is the disabled access?
Parking for blue-badge holders will be in the main car park where possible. Once this is full, visitors will be asked to park in our overflow car parking field located close to the front gates of the property, however, there will be a shuttle bus running from this car park to the property both days. Please note: it may be busier on site than usual so please leave plenty of time to get to your talk.

Will there be additional facilities on site during the weekend?
Yes, alongside our toilet facilities in the Car Park, Courtyard and Visitor Reception, there will also be additional toilets including disabled access facilities adjacent to the North Lawn.
Will there be caterers on site?
Yes - Our Tea Room will be open both days, serving a range of hot and cold foods, tea and coffee, soft drinks and sweet treats. We will have a number of outdoor caterers during the Festival serving a selection of crepes, burgers and hot drinks and more! and we will also be joined by Mi Casa who will be providing a fully stocked bar of beers, ciders and spirits.
Can I bring my dog?
We welcome dogs on leads at Mount Stewart, however, only Assistance Dogs can enter the indoor areas (excluding Visitor Reception). We have a dedicated Dog Exercise Area located next to the overflow car park and there is plenty of dog bowls and fresh water available for our four legged friends.
I am no longer able to attend the talk I booked, can I cancel my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the National Trust.

Check in at the Main Reception with your ticket or email confirmation.
Due to conservation reasons stiletto heels are not allowed in the house.
Photography without a flash is welcome.
The event takes place in marquees and outdoors and there is limited indoor seating so please check the weather and dress appropriately.
Assistance Dogs are welcome.
Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
