What's on at Newark Park

Summer is here, and as we've enjoyed so much warm and dry weather, the lawns are getting a little parched. But our borders are looking beautiful, with the colourful flowers attracting many bees and butterflies. The sheep can be seen all around the park, with most of the lambs having grown quite big now. You'll hear plenty of birdsong, including the calls of buzzards - keep an eye on the sky as you may even spot red kites. Our peacocks roam the gardens, and you may even see ducklings in the lakeside garden. The predominant colours in the garden are red and purple, with roses and lupins in full bloom. Younger visitors can pick up a tracker bag or spotter sheet to help them explore the estate walks with their wonderful views of the Cotswold countryside. Have a look below for further information on all our upcoming events over the coming months.
