2020 spring collection: Riverlands

With spring beginning to bloom, indulge yourself in the refreshing and vibrant designs of this year’s new collection: Riverlands. The exclusive prints have taken inspiration from rich foliage-lined river banks, grass wetlands and the buzzing wildlife found in these tranquil places.

Through elegant textures, bold hues and intricate details, we celebrate how healthy rivers, streams and wetlands help support the environment and redefine places they run through. The collection also highlights how nature’s waterways nourish and inspire us with their sights and sounds of beauty.

Give your home a spring refresh when you purchase this unique range. With every purchase you’ll help to protect and repair rivers, streams, wetlands and the wildlife that calls these places home.

Designers visited a variety of rivers and streams for inspiration

Creating the Riverlands collection

When looking for inspiration for the new 2020 spring collection, the designers visited a variety of rivers, streams and wetlands. They explored the woodland streams at Nymans in Sussex, the wetland at Sissinghurst in Kent and the chalk stream at Mottisfont, Hampshire.

Secondhand books

A keen bookworm? Pop into our two secondhand bookshops and you'll find a wide selection of books from non-fiction and fiction to children's. There's a lot to discover, with the shelves regularly updated you could find that out of print book that you've been searching for, new author to try, or just the perfect book to dive into. The bookshops are located in what was once part of the Estate Office (accessible by stairs) and the ground floor Stewards Room. Good quality donations are gratefully received and can be left at our Church Lodge Reception.
