Have you ever wondered if you could actually make use of all those plants growing along the side of the towpath? Well, why not come and see exactly what you can do...
Local bushcraft guru, Vincent Learoyd, will lead two identical short walks, on 7 and 14 May along the towpath from Thames Lock, identifying the vegetation and showing you amazing things you can do with it. For a fuller session on bushcraft techniques, come along to Dapdune Wharf on 11 June where everyone will have a chance to make fire, nettle rope and other fascinating things.
