Our new season of workshops
A new year opens up new opportunities to be inspired by Sandham's creative roots. Our new season's workshops offer the ideal opportunity to learn a new craft, inspire other creativity and make something special for you, or a special gift. We welcome back local artist Helen Mortimer who will be running her popular range of workshops and are delighted to welcome another local artist, Claire Knott who will be running a clay relief and a watercolour workshop.
Papercraft Workshop - Friday 31 May 10.45am-12.45pm
Learn about the artistic medium of paper craft and create beautiful cards and three dimensional projects. Working with Helen learn about this varied artistic medium to create your own unique projects. Paper is very versatile and can be folded, cut, glued or layered. You can then employ other techniques from stamping to die cutting & embossing. During the session you will create two cards and a small three dimensional project, for example a small box.
