• Why are you asking me to create an account to renew my membership or donate?

  We’ve made some changes to our IT systems. Because of this, you’ll need to create an account and password when renewing your membership or donating online. You’ll only need to do this once. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.

• Why have you changed the website? 

  We’re currently upgrading our IT systems, including the website. By investing in our systems, we’ll be able to offer a better service so it’s quicker and easier to find what you’re looking for.

  We know most people visit our website on mobile devices so we’ve also made changes to make browsing easier, whatever device you’re using.

• Have you changed your booking system?  

  No. There are a small number of places where booking is needed for guided tours, to manage visitor numbers or for other reasons such as ferry capacity. You can still book a ticket for these places by visiting the property homepage or National Trust mobile app.

• How do I manage my membership without My National Trust? 

  We're sorry that you can’t update your My National Trust account details through our website at the moment, but our Supporter Services Centre can make any changes for you. Please call 0344 800 1895 (local call rates apply) or email enquiries@nationaltrust.org.uk to make changes.
