Sheringham Park's shop and visitor centre
We have a combined shop and visitor centre, so come and have a chat with us on arrival. Our staff will always be available to answer questions about the walks around the park and to provide you with a free map
Visitors including dogs are welcome to browse around our shop. Many of our products are exclusive to National Trust. Here are the highlights.
Our spring/summer range is inspired by meadows and species-rich grasslands looked after by the National Trust. Today just 3% of the meadows that existed in the 1930’s survived, their decline is one of the biggest issues in the history of UK nature conservation.
Do take a look at our ladies scarfs and bags from this range. Let us know what you think of the designs.
For the Garden
The wild garden at Sheringham Park is renowned for its colour, you can add to the colour of your own garden by purchasing a peat free plant from our tables in the courtyard. We also have a range of decorative plant pots and garden decorations including plant stakes, pots and hanging decorations.
Our ever popular outdoor rugs are all UK made. We stock walking sticks & poles perfect for those looking for a long walk, a range of OS maps will make sure you keep on the right track and you can protect yourself from the sun with a ramblers or baseball hat.
You can take a look at a wide range of books, including publications exclusive to the National Trust, some of which feature Sheringham Park alongside hand-picked titles with nature very much in mind. If you want to learn more about Sheringham Park you can purchase a guide book written by our former Countryside Manager of 30 years, Keith Zealand.
You can also pick up a second-hand book from our shelves in the courtyard which has raised over £8000 to help finance the upkeep of Sheringham Park. If you should wish to reduce the weight of your own bookshelf, we welcome donations of books - please bring them to the visitor centre.
For the Children
Activity books are a fun way of helping your children discover about nature, our range of toys are perfect for those with pocket money to spend.
All purchases help us preserve, maintain and hopefully improve Sheringham Park.
