Virtually experience flying over the Jurassic Coast
Looking for something different to do with the children this summer? Join us at Hive Beach for a FREE Virtual Reality experience and take an unforgettable flight over the Jurassic Coast.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Soar safely above the spectacular cliffs at Hive Beach, discover hidden views, and experience this iconic coastline from a perspective that few people ever get to see. It's the perfect way to combine the excitement of technology with the beauty of the outdoors. Get the children out of the house by giving them a new way to experience nature—through immersive VR before exploring the real beach around them. No booking required – just come along, pop on a headset, and prepare to be amazed!
If you arrive a little earlier you can also get to see some other amazing things which fly over the cliffs by studying the moths we have found and need to survey. Get involved with the ecology team and see how they record and label these amazing insects before letting them fly free.
