Wild Wonder: Playful Nature Connection for Families This gentle and engaging family session is designed to help children and their parents or guardians reconnect with nature through play, curiosity and sensory exploration. Blending mindful nature activities with creativity and movement, the experience encourages families to slow down together, engage their senses and discover the wellbeing benefits of spending time outdoors. Led by local outdoor wellness practitioner and TEDx speaker, Tansy Dowman, the session will include a variety of playful and interactive nature-based activities suitable for mixed ages. Families may explore sensory awareness exercises, mindful movement, nature discovery games, seasonal scavenger prompts, natural mandala making and simple nature crafting using found materials from the landscape. These sessions are recommended for ages 4 - 11. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Please note, this activity will take place outside. Please dress suitably for cold weather.

Please note, you only need to purchase children a space on this workshop. Adults and younger siblings under 3 can accompany a child for free.
