A seasonal woodland immersion to awaken your senses and welcome new growth As the seasons begin to shift and the first signs of autumn emerge, join award-winning Forest Bathing practitioner Tansy Dowman for a gentle guided mindful walking and nature connection experience through the beautiful landscapes surrounding Toys Hill and Emmetts Garden.
This calming and immersive experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with your senses and experience the restorative benefits of spending intentional time in nature. Through gentle guided invitations, mindful walking and moments of quiet reflection, participants will be encouraged to notice the colours, textures, sounds and seasonal changes unfolding within the landscape.
Saturday 19th September 2026 | 2:30pm – 5:00pm. £25.00 per person Meet at Toys Hill Car Park. You will pause in Emmetts Garden where you can enjoy free entry on Heritage Open Day and take a break in our cafe.
