There are 30 spaces on this walk to sign up on the day. An exclusive chance to see this beautiful area. This visit will only go ahead in good weather due to ground conditions on the route. total walk from the church is less than 1 mile/1.5km, but this may be muddy, boggy and uneven. Please wear sturdy footwear. You can sign up on the day for this event - please sign up at visitor reception on arrival. The spaces are first come, first served. This is not suitable for children under 8 years old. This is not suitable for dogs other than assistance dogs. This event is not going ahead on Thursday 28 May during half term. Normal admission prices apply.

This is suitable for people who are able to walk a mile/1.5km, not very fast, up and down a shallow slope, over uneven grass in potentially very muddy conditions. There may be slippery areas next to the ponds.

Start your day at Visitor Reception where you can sign up for the visit. Signing up is first-come-first-served.

This is aimed at adults but suitable for accompanied children 8 years and over
- What to bring and wear
Please wear sturdy footwear for uneven muddy ground, and dress for whatever the weather brings.
