May Half Term: Beautiful Butterflies

Join us for a half term bursting with butterfly fun: from paper crafts and searching the gardens, to exploring the special cabinets of Ham House.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

This May half term we are inspired by the butterflies in the decoration of Ham’s East-Asian cabinets. Explore our beautiful cabinets and spot colourful origami butterflies hiding throughout the house.

Get creative in the servants dining room, where there will be butterfly themed origami making, colouring-in, and mask making.

Then head outside to see if you can spot any of our local species of butterfly around the gardens. We have a butterfly spotter and colouring in the Garden Room.

The house will be open 11.30am–3.30pm (last entry 3pm).
