Meet Ham House’s Beekeepers
Step into the secret life of bees! Enjoy a 30‑minute talk with the beekeepers of Ham House and uncover what really goes on inside a hive.

Enjoy a unique chance to meet Ham House’s beekeepers and learn about the importance of bees for our local ecosystem.
Reserve your space for the event when you arrive on site by checking in with Visitor Reception. This will be first come, first served basis. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
From Visitor Reception you will be guided down to the Wilderness, where Ham’s bee hives are kept. At a safe distance, you will learn about the hives and our beekeepers will have a display model of a hive to show what goes on inside.
This event is free as part of Great Big Green Week, but normal property admission charges apply.
