Get active on our events field, where we have a range of sports equipment on offer for you to enjoy, free of charge. Activities include:

Cricket Basketball Football Badminton

Explore the woodland, where playful opportunities await. We have a range of spotter sheets that you can take along on your walk. The Park is always buzzing with wildlife - what will you spot?

Adventurous explorers can climb our viewing towers and take in the beautiful views, or head towards the coast.

Bring a picnic to enjoy or pop into the Courtyard Café for a range of hot and cold food, drinks and snacks, as well as ice creams and sorbets.

Meeting point

The fun starts on the events field opposite the visitor centre. Spotter sheets can be picked up free of charge from the second-hand bookshop.

Batty Bats and Mad Moths 

Join us on a family adventure as the sun sets. Over 500 different species of moth and 9 different types of bats can be seen at Sheringham Park. We’ll use a moth trap and a bat detector to see what is flying in the night!
